Order can be replaced if a damaged or misfitted product is received. Customers can replace the order within 7 days after order delivery. Please note Package opening video and product video is a must for replacing the order.

Pickup will be attempted by the delivery company, for 2 failed pick-ups you have to ship it to the company address. In case the pickup pincode is not serviceable you have to send the courier yourself.

Replaced order will be delivered after 7 working days after we receive the product. Please note that we don’t provide a Return option. Order can only be replaced if a misfit or damaged product is received.

Customers should take care of packaging while returning. The product should return with the same tags, documents, and wrapping. Upon arrival, the product will be checked and then replaced. Please note we don’t offer refund and return, only damage or misfit product can be exchanged.
